Loading Apps problem...

Specs:
xbox: 1.5
chip: xecuter 2.3b Lite
bios: xecuter 4983.67
dash: evox 3935

Dash boots up fine.. but when I try to load an application i get stuck at the loading screen... any ideas on why this is happening or what i can do?

Is that what the problem is?....

I mean i have loaded an ini that worked on my 2.3/V1.5


Oh... and i can only get G: to show 0..... even after formatting...

What could be the problem there?

But i still cant see the G:
