CK3 probe constantly green?

Why is no supporter on this case? I don't know why my CK3 Probe is green all the time and how to fix it!

I'd like an answer as well. I have bought two probes now and both have the same issue with the light being permanently green. Pretty annoying considering I have to get the probe from abroad as I am living in Japan.

Ive had about 80 returns of the probe so far with this issue.

Mine too has had this problem of staying green permanently. I have just contacted MrModchips of returning the items so will wait and see what they say.
One question i have......i was having trouble reading the key through Jungleflasher because it kept coming back as bad key before the probe went permanently green so could the probe or kit being faulty have caused this not to read the key?

Thanx for team X for getting back to us on this issue, It looks likely to be the kit being faulty, as mine is now not even recognising any ports? and when the usb lead is plugged in there is no windows sound or notification?? tested lead with my usb hub (as is the same) and it worked first time, so it must be a fault with the kit.
Have contacted divenio, and they have said just send it back and we will send a replacement, lets just hope its the new version with With PPTC Protection..^_^

If you have grounded the probe and both LED's suddenly stay lit, you shouldn't have to worry as it will still be completely functional - I've tested this problem myself and was able to extract Liteon 74850 keys no problem.

maybe your chip is hott.(PL2303HX) try just pluygging the usb adapter in and see if the chip is getting hot???

Not really working at all for my case, My ck3 prove both light is always on with usb and it cant read my keys no matter what..... I even tried with serial cable where it shows normal only blue light and when i touch r707 green light flashes too but still it cant read my keys..... so I think there is still something wrong...
