Problem Xdrive : chip burned

Hy guys ,
I have a big problem .

Today I got a Xbox with xdrive installed , but I have a big problem .
One chip in xdrive burned !!!!

I can solder another one but I don't know type ...

There is a photo , can you help me ?

iirc that is a transistor, just read the numbers/letters off it and search ebay or ask down at your local electronic store

I got the same Problem.
Its happend because the power cabel was connected the wrong way.
I can't read the numbers/letters off it because its completly burned.
Can somebody please tell me the part number or the name of this transistor please? Just open the xdrive and tell me the numbers/letters off it.

Well you can do one of two things; email your reseller and see if he is willing to help, or wait for one of the xecuter support team to swing by this thread.

that's a mosfet it blows when you plug in the power to the drive in upside down
