I ordered my white xDrive from Divineo.com and just received it yesterday. This morning I installed my xDrive and quadrouple checked my connections, etc. Everything was wired up perfectly. I am using two Benq drives if that matters. First powerup of my Xbox 360 with drive button out booted Xbox to the stock internal virgon Benq drive perfectly. I was able to eject, close, play a DVD video and play my retail Rock Band game. I then powered off the 360 and pressed the button in to activate the xDrive. Powered on the 360 but it kept rebooting on its own about 3 seconds in between. I seen the screen come up to load the 360 dash then reboot. I took everything apart and checked the wiring a fifth time. Everything was perfect. Took apart the xDrive and noticed the Sata connection to the xDrivr SD ODD Board V3 was crooked but this looked normal due to the short strong SATA cable connecting the board to the drive. I insured the drive connection was secure to the board, held it down, powered up the 360 and it booted up and was able to play my backup of my retail Rock Band that I presently own. I let go of the SATA cable and it continued to stay loaded and play the game. I powered it off, closed up the xDrive and then powered it back on. Again, constant reboots. I removed the xDrive case and held down the SATA cable, nothing happened this time when booted, same endless reboot. I disassembled the xDrive and noticed the SATA Adapter came off with the SATA Cable right off the board! VIOLA the problem was found, one of the SATA Connectors fell right on to my lap. Now I am missing one of the 7 Pins required to connect the 360 DVD Drive! I said to myself ok so what if I take the white SATA cable and connect it directly to the 360 instead to bypass the diffective board. This did not work,Xbox threw a E68 Error. Tried again, same thing. If I remove the SATA cable and leave everything else plugged in I can power up my Xbox and even eject the drive in the xDrive! This leads me to believe its the xDrive SD ODD Board V3 that is the problem. Can Team Xecuter help me resolve this issue ASAP? I believe I need a new board for my xDrive.
