Is this the result of a bad solder, or should it be this color? Also, whenever I try to flash, I get the message "programming failed", and the only way to get back the x3 bios is to use the backup. It appears like it is flashing the yello bar completes and then the green bar completes, but then the programming failed message pops up. Just looking where I should start, it also never frags so to speak, only gives me the orange led. Oh, and did I mention I am a noob?
Thanks all in advance! This is a 1.6b, perhaps that is what is causing this as well (with the hynix and samsung drive)

Interesting...so that's what the orange means? That's strange, because it was plugged in so I am wondering why it is thinking it is not plugged in? I also am using the standard video adapter that comes with the adapter. :?:

if you have v1.6b and did ANY reading youd know that flashbios you have doesnt work at all and also X3 1957 doesnt work either
FlashBIOS v3.02 is being flashed to all chips at the factory which now works and there is a new X3 and X2 bios about to be released.

Thanks all for the help. Once 3.02 was able to get 1957 to work for me, I went ahead and just changed the default color to amber, rather than the half green, half amber it was giving me prior to that. I'm convinced that the pcb that the eject panel plugs into is the culprit, but since it's working, I'm more than willing to deal with it!
