It seems we need to clarify why we have changed the CK3 Pro design. Two simple reasons:

1. To help people who PLUG IN THE DVD CABLE THE WRONG WAY AROUND. This is not a CK3 Pro design flaw, so the current batch of CK3 Pro will work PERFECTLY for you if you follow the simple instructions.

2. To help people who have unstable USB voltages running from their PC. This is not a CK3 Pro design flaw, so the current batch of CK3 Pro will work PERFECTLY for you if you simply use the original USB cable that was supplied and plug that USB into the motherboard USB port as the very few who have problems may be using a front USB or an add-on usb or a USB hub that has an unstable voltage.

99% of users have been using the CK3 Pro with superb success. We have responded to the very very small amount of users so we can make an optimum returns process if that user makes a mistake or if they don't have a stable USB connection.

There is absolutley no need for anyone to request any particular version as, if used correctly, they will all do the exact same job for you. Resellers will not be swapping out any stock of the current version for any stock of the newer designs as it is absolutley unneccasery and would be a waste of everyones time.
