First of all this
is the X3LCD kit. You get the custom
manufactured LCD
screen and the i/o cable to connect the X3LCD to
the X3 Modchip.

The X3 Modchip has
hardware controlled contrast adjuster. Also note
where
the LCD I/O Cable plugs into the mod.

This is where the
LCD I/O Cable plugs into the X3.

This is where the
LCD I/O Cable plugs into the X3LCD.

You now need to
enable the X3LCD in X3 Config Live. This is what
your first
screen should look like - select "Settings"

Select "LCD
Settings"

The LCD screen is
turned off by default. Press "A" to enable it.

Now the LCD is
enabled. The LCD brightness level is set to 100%
by default
as this looks the best. However you can adjust
it if you wish to.

You can even
customize the startup text to say anything you
like.

You are allowed 19
characters. Use your imagination ;)

If everything has
gone to plan then this is how your LCD screen
should look.

This should give
you an idea of how Xecuter customers are fitting
the LCD
screens. They all seem to be using Dremmels to
cut out the hole. Make sure
you protect the back of the X3LCD against any
shorts when fitting to the
Xbox. Physical damage from shorts will not be
subject to a warranty.
